Ramsey, Steve, Cathy, and Gail were the original Board of Directors, formed in 2000. Three more were added in 2001 – Caleb, Melody and Bob. Two more were added in 2002 – Stan Wilbur and Patty Yoder. Cathy Reynolds’ original term was shortened to allow for the election of three Directors each year. The Board consists of nine members, each term is for three years.
Patty died in 2005. Glenn W. Merrill elected to fill her seat in
2006.
Cathy resigned in 2007, Maria Fish elected to fill her term.
